Dr. Hussain Binghatti started Binghatti in 2008, naming it after his late father, Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. He aimed to create a worldwide brand and carry on its legacy for future generations. Dr. Binghatti has a PhD in Industrial Technology and a Master’s degree from The Cranfield Institute of Technology.

Muhammad BinGhatti | Chairman

Leading the whole group, Muhammad’s goal was to build a real estate brand with a unique and consistent visual identity across all its projects. With a degree in Architecture, Design also inspiration from the automotive and watchmaking industries, he made his vision a reality by teaming up with top brands like Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob&Co. Muhammad has also won several awards and honors and was named one of Forbes’ Top 100 Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders in the Middle East.

Ahmed Binghatti is the Vice Chairman of Binghatti. He holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Private Equity from the London Business School. He has played a key role in Binghatti’s financial operations and growth.

Katralnada BinGhatti | Chief Executive Officer

Katralnada manages Binghatti’s operations and project portfolio. Her goal was to take Binghatti to a global level. To achieve this, she reshaped the company’s strategies by expanding its investments and capital. Including listing Binghatti’s first Sukuk on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ Dubai. With an engineering background, Katralnada holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
