Backed by a family legacy of more than 50 years in real estate development and contracting. Atef has successfully developed numerous commercial malls and residential communities in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, with total investments estimated at 20 billion EGP. Additionally, he has worked on various residential and commercial projects in 6th of October City, with total investments amounting to 15 billion EGP. The company also plans to set up three factories in Abu Rawash for manufacturing modern building materials, investing over 500 million EGP, targeting both local and international markets while focusing on exporting under the banner “Proudly Made in Egypt.”
