History of Sodic Developments
- Since 1996 Sodic Developments owned its first land with 10,000,000 m² in Shiekh Zayed City.
- 1997: The establishment year of Sodic as an Egyptian joint stock company with more than 6,000 shareholders.
- 2007: Sodic introduced Galleria project as a revolutionary shift in branding.
- 2008: Sodic also Purchased 1000,000 m² in East Cairo.
- 2009: Founded The Polygon, The Strip project and also launched Forty West Compound.
- 2011: The first developer to present a project after the January 25 Revolution (West Town, as well as all the units were sold out in 48 hours.
- 2012: West Town Hub Mall came as the first rental project in West Town Zayed Compound By Sodic.
- 2013: Sodic announced Eastown Residence in New Cairo.
- 2015: Sodic entered the tourism sector with Caesar Resort North Coast Village.
- 2016: Sodic Developments announced the first medical project, West Town Medical for Sodic Developments.
- 2017: Sodic Developments Launched Spdic East project worth 1.7 billion EGP.
- 2018: Sodic entered into a partnership for the Malaz project, which was also built on an area of 300 acres in North Coast.
- Sodic Company also owned 500 acres in West Cairo, besides establishing the EDNC commercial project in Eastown.
- 2019: Sodic Developments could also launch Allegria Residence.
- Sodic also founded The Estates Compound, which was implemented on an area of 630,000 m², in addition to VYE Sheikh Zayed.
